Little Christmas!

Hello everyone!

Jenny here!

This week has been so tiring!
I've spent a lot of time shopping for Christmas presents and working!
But today was my Christmas Day with my room mates before we all go home for Christmas!
We all had dinner together then opened presents together!

I received the Wonderstruck perfume by Taylor Swift, and all of the Hunger Games books.
I've wanted to read them for a while!

The perfume smells lovely too!~~
And the bottle is so beautiful!

I also received another gift of the full Hunger Games trilogy!
I'm a big fan of the films but never had the time to read the books.
But when I arrive home I definitely will start reading them.
I'm into the first book The Hunger Games and it's so good already!

I also received Mulan and The Little Mermaid on DVD too! XD
They are two of my favourite Disney films so I had to request them!

I loved these two films when I was little and my nickname was always Ariel because I sang all the time!
I also love Mulan for how funny the film is but how serious it is too.
And also because Reflection and I'll Make a Man out of You are two of my all time favourite Disney songs!

It was nice to have a small Christmas with the housemates!
We also spent the evening on the sofa cuddled up in blankets and pillows to watch the Hobbit!
I am so excited to see the newest film on Wednesday!
I know about some of the characters from reading the book so I know I will cry! :(

A random thing to say but recently I've loved going to Starbucks!
I went with one of my room mates two days ago and I ordered a classic hot chocolate.

It was so sweet and tasty with the cream!
It really warmed me up from the cold weather!

I hope you are having fun on the run up to Christmas!

Thanks for reading!
Jenny :)

Sparkle!!

Hello!

Team R's Jenny here!

It's getting so close to Christmas and I still need to finish some Christmas shopping!
I'm still stuck on some ideas for what I want to get friends and family for Christmas!

I should know what to get but it's so difficult to get something different every year.
Do you get the same dilemma?
It's so difficult!

I was walking to work this evening and I walked passed a light display in the middle of the town.
It flashed red, blue and white in a pattern and it looked so beautiful, especially in the dark.

Doesn't it look pretty?

I always love how pretty places look on the build up to Christmas!
I plan on visiting family through Christmas, I really am so excited for it!
But before I leave I have an early Christmas Day with my roommates who I am living with.
We've all bought each other gifts so we'll be exchanging them when we have dinner.
Some of our presents are joke presents so I can't wait to see them laugh!

Today is the day KRP28 open up their 2nd generation auditions!
The announcement video should be up on our official channel at midnight.
I don't know whether this blog post will be up before or after the video.
But anyway I hope a lot of you girls audition!
I can't wait to see some brand new faces in KRP28!!!

We are now into the Take a Chance era!
I feel like it should be so energetic and full of spirit!
It reminds me of Wakuteka Take a Chance from Morning Musume, the dance and the song empower me so much so I hope the 2nd gen can bring that to KRP28!!
Thank you for reading!!
Jenny :)

2 Years!

Hi everyone!

It's Team R member Jenny here!
It's been a long time since I last blogged to you guys uh?
Sorry for the absence, I know I kind of abandoned the blog or a little while but I want to come back!

It is now two years since KRP28 debuted and I am so proud with how far we have come!
Our new album Take a Chance! has now been released on bandcamp!
Purchase it here: http://krp28.bandcamp.com/album/take-a-chance-micro-mini-album

I feature on the track Win This War with Team R!
I got a lot of lines in the song so I hope I sung them with power and passion like the lyrics showcase!
I'm not the best idol when it comes to dancing or talking so when it comes to singing I know I can show my true self through my singing voice. Thank you for all of the support with KRP28 and my own singing endeavours on my YouTube channel.

We also will be holding auditions for KRP28's 2nd generation throughout December! I am so excited to see the new arrivals to our group and I wonder who will join Team R. I want to support the new girls even if I don't know who they are.
As a 1st generation member and sub-captain I have a lot of responsibility to share to make the girls feel welcome and learn a lot of new things!
I am excited for the future!
But I still want my voice to be strong!

I recently did a gig at The Crown in Middlesbrough with a great guitarist I made friends with when I joined the Music society at my university.
We had a lot of common tastes with music so we decided to partner up to do an acoustic set!
The setlist was:

1. Misery Business - Paramore
2. When it Rains - Paramore
3. Everything Has Changed - Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pz0EIwzvW3Q
4. Brick by Boring Brick - Paramore
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sy1x1nEq0ls

Check them out!

There was a small crowd at the performance but I had my friends and my boyfriend there to come and support us so I have a lot of generosity and towards them and I want to say thank you!
It's made me want to keep performing again and I hope one day I get to sing KRP28 songs again!

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/f/f6/Taylor_Swift_-_1989.png

One artist that has inspired me a lot has been Taylor Swift!
She's always been one of my favourite artists and I love the honesty of her music.

She released an album recently called 1989 and I am in love with it!
There are so many tracks that I love and I am so proud of her with her music.
When I listen to her it keeps me motivated to work harder and harder with KRP28 and my own music endeavours!

Thank you Taylor!

And a big thank you to you Kirameki for supporting KRP28! Without your support and words of encouragement I don't think we would have made it two years!
Thank you for everything!
And thank you all for also supporting me as a single person as well!
It means a lot to me!

Lots of love
Jenny

ByeBye!

Horse Riding ^_^

Hello Jenny here!!

Today is the third day of my holiday to Centre Parcs.
I've enjoyed my time here so far!

Today I went horse riding on a large horse called Ben! I was intimidated with how tall he was but as soon I got on him my nerves disappeared.

We rode down a long path for an hour and  turned back again. Ben was such a lovely horse but he kept trying to sneak off every now and again to try and eat the grass at the side of the path XD~~ He was very sneaky!
But I kept pulling on the reigns to stop him again and again!

I've just finished swimming and now I'm off to the villa for a quick nap!!

I'll update again tomorrow!

Goodbye!!

Berryz Kobou! (☍﹏⁰)

Hello Kirameki!
It's Jenny here

Yesterday it was announced that Berryz Kobou would be going on indefinite hiatus.
The news didn't sink it at first because I didn't expect it to be announced but now I'm starting to feel sad from the news! (☍﹏⁰)
I discovered Berryz Kobou four years ago when I listened to their song Seishun Bus Guide and they welcomed me to H!P.
If it hadn't been for Berryz Kobou I wouldn't have discovered MoMusu, C-ute, Buono!, S/mileage and Juice=Juice. I have a lot to thank them for!

I can't believe its been ten years since their debut and even though I wasn't a fan at the beginning I was glad to have been a fan!

I know that it is the members decision to end the group temporarily so even though it does seem like the end I am glad that we will always have the memory of the group!
All of the members all had their part to play in such a fun group of idols.
They might not have had a certain image but that's what made them Berryz; that they had such a wide variety of personality that you could never settle them in one genre, either it be sexy, cute or strange.

Out of the members I know I will miss Risako and Captain the most!
I remember when I first started singing J-pop online and Captain was always the first Berryz member I would be cast as. And as I got to know Captain more I loved her for her lovely voice and excellent dancing skills.
Risako has always been my Berryz oshi so knowing that I might not be able to see her perform or be singing again will take a while to adjust to.
I remember the pain I felt when Takahashi Ai graduated Morning Musume and it took me such a long time to get used to her no longer being a member. I think it will be the same with Risako.
She might not have the best voice to some people but I always loved her voice and the power she had!
I also loved her confidence in her own style and fashion, and even though it could always be a hit or miss she still worked it!

I will miss Berryz Kobou but I wish all of the members the best of luck for their futures!
I hope they have a great memories before they leave H!P!

Love Jenny

KRParty!!! ~~(^_^)/

Hello Everyone!!
The lady-like Jenny here.

This blogpost is just a little update in regards to KRP28's new album!
KRParty!!!
The last track is being finished off so right now extra little details are being organised with the tracklist etc!
I can guarantee that there will be a release, hopefully next month.
I am so excited and I just cannot wait any longer for you guys to hear it!

It feels like it's been such a long time since Katana announced we would be working on an album.
For you I know it probably feels like forever since we released a single, but we have never stopped working.
When you're a member and you know everything that is going on in the project it makes me happy to know that we are working hard!
I can understand being a fan of an idol group and waiting a long time for the next release...but you never know what happens behind the scenes!

However, I promise you we never stop working hard!
Please keep supporting us and enjoy KRParty when it is released next month!

Love Jenny :D

Typhoon! (*`へ´*)

Hello Kiramek!
Jenny here...

I went to take my dog Billy for a walk the other day.

It was a lovely sunny day so I was energetic to walk my dog...
Suddenly, when I left the house with him I could hear the weather changing.
Lightning and thunder started to rumble.
I was warned not to walk my dog in the bad weather, but I ignored the advice.
The sky  then went dark and the sun disappeared...

I suddenly realized I had to head back off home quickly.
Then out of the blue heavy rain started to pour and I had to run back home with Billy.
He was starting to get very wet and kept shaking himself to dry off. (^◇^;)
However, the rain was too heavy and made him soaked all over again!

Poor Billy, but he enjoyed the walk anyway!
The typhoon didn't last for long though but I was glad to be home.
I hate getting soaked by the rain, why didn't I bring the umbrella?
I could have asked to have borrowed my Mum's! (。-`ω-)

I also have some exciting news! Today I'm learning the last track I need to record for the KRParty album! We're so close to the release and we also have plans for the next KRP28 single!
And I will also be learning the dance to Team R's next single next week too! It's going to be a busy week for me for KRP28 but I am excited! Keep supporting us! Jenny

Beautiful Lake! (^_-)-☆

Hello!
The lady-like Jenny here

Two days ago I went to visit my best friend Sophie. We've been friends for over 10 years! She's such a good friend!

It was a sunny afternoon so we decided to go to the park and her little girl came with us! >.<
She is such a cute baby and was waving and smiling at me a lot.
She waved at the ducks on the lake and when she played on the swings she kept giggling loudly xD
Then when we tried to take her off the swing she started crying because she didn't want to leave! Aww!

We plan on seeing each other again soon and I'm going to bring my little sister along so my friends daughter has her own little friend!
I can't wait! (^_-)-☆

The lake was so beautiful at the park where the ducks were swimming.
When we walked away I caught sight of a beautiful swan but she was too far away for me to take a picture :(

Thanks for reading!
Love the baby-faced Jenny

Yorkshire Cosplay Con! ヽ(*^▽^*)ノ

Hi
Jenny here!
(*≧∪≦)

Yesterday I attended Yorkshire Cosplay Con at Doncaster. It was my first cosplay convention I've attended and I went on my own so I was a little anxious travelling on my own!
It was such a great event and there were so many friendly people there. I didn't dress up or cosplay as a character myself but I did wear my blue seifuku from my J-E-N-N-Y music video (⌒▽⌒)
There were different competitions and I watched the talent competition and I enjoyed it so much. All of the contestants were very talented and a joy to watch. I'd love to enter the talent contest myself next year! Whether to sing or dance yet I'm not too sure...I have plenty of time to think! XD
I did have have my hair down but then I had to tie it up later on because of the rain and then the humidity of the venue then made my hair go wierd :/ The hairband I'm wearing is one I bought on the day. I can't remember the stall which I bought it from sadly...

When I arrived at the venue I came across this awesome Dalek! They were taller than me!

I arrived late to the convention but I'm happy I didn't miss the Star Wars show! There were two fights and even though they were very simple I still enjoyed it. And I do have to say the soldiers look fantastic!

I came across the lovely little display when I walked through one of the gaming rooms. I think people could have a go at sitting on the Storm Trooper but my shyness got the best of me and sadly I didn't give it a go :(

Strangely, seeing R2D2 was one of my highlights of the convention! I fell in love with this little cutie in the films so I loved seeing this model walk around and beep like the real thing XD

And you can't forget Yoda! He is a cool dood! XD

At the end of the convention I then went to see Kelsey Ellison (KimonoTime) perform an half an hour show! There as a lot of energy throughout and I was very impressed and sang along all the way through, Pom Pom was a great song to end the set with! I have it stuck i my head now!

I also got to meet her just before her performance at her booth.
At first, I was very shy but as soon I managed to squeak out a "HI!" I then managed to talk to her like a normal person.
She really is such a lovely, down to earth person so I'd love to meet here again
(*^▽^)/★*☆♪

I was so happy to have attended the event despite the long journey there and back!
It took me two buses and two trains to arrive at Doncaster but I'm up for doing it again for next year!
I definitely plan on cosplaying at the event next year too!

Thank you for reading!
Love Jenny!!

PS You can still check out my music video here for J-E-N-N-Y! I also plan on making another music video later this year for another original song :)

Also please check out my singing cover of Dear J by Itano Tomomi!!

Flingging It! (^ω^;)

Hello Jenny here!!

Last Friday was the Final Fling at my university.
It was the end of year event that my university does every year.
This year we won a Twitter competition so my university got a £50,000 donation from MTV for the event and it's also going to be televised XD I hope they didn't get me in a wierd moment.
I had so much fun and I listened to amazing music, rode on the rides, and took part in different activities.
Some of my closest friends were there and we had so much fun on the day, I got the longest record out of my friends riding on the rodeo penguin.
YES...a rodeo PENGUIN!
I also braved my fear of heights on one of the rides and I was shivering with fright all the way through...ιι(+_+) When I got off the ride I wanted to go on again XD The dodgems were a lot of fun too!!! I went on them twice.
It was a great last day at my university and when I rode the bus home I was so nostalgic. I know my next year at university is going to be the best one! (`・ω・´)9

I'm going to be moving into my own house next year for university I'm so excited!
I can finally have a wall to put up my Morning Musume '14 and The Big Bang Theory posters >_<
I'm also looking forward to living with my crazy house mates!
We've had so much fun in our first two years at university so I know we have a lot more memories to make when we live together.
I just hope they're not messy people to live with...
(*≧∪≦) Arielle is on the left of the photo and Sophie is in the middle...they're really amazing friends I'm so lucky!

I also have some good news! Sophie and I will be filming next week for a short film festival that will be entered into a short film competition.
It looks like it's going to be a funny but interesting project to work on.
And the festival will also be taking place at our local CineWorld!
So a lot of film people could be there to see us acting on a big massive cinema screen,
I feel so starstruck! XD

I'll let you know in future posts about the filming and what fun times we're gonna have XD
Wish us luck!

Thank you!
Love the lady-like Jenny

PS. I'm going to be attending Yorkshire Cosplay Con in Doncaster on the 14th of June so if you recognize me please come and talk to me XD It's my first convention so I will be a little shy. Sophie may also be accompanying me as RIver Song...but I'm not if she's definitely attending yet! I'll be dressed in a blue seifuku so watch out for me :D

Is She The One? (,,•́ω ก̀,,)

Hello Kirameki!
The lady-like Jenny here

Yesterday was the premiere day of Is She The One?
Is She The One? is the musical I have been working on in the last few weeks.
It's been such a great project to be a part of and when I watched it I went through so many emotions.

Happiness and excitement but I was also nervous and embarrassed just in case my performance wasn't as good as I hoped it would be.
However, at the end I applauded with the rest of the audience and I felt happy again.
I'd love to be able to work on a project like this again. ◟(๑•͈ᴗ•͈)◞

The musical was one of a few projects that was also showcased yesterday with the other 3rd year students pieces.
There was a wide variety of films and performances, some were funny, some were scary and some of them made me cry. It was great to have such a wide variety.

The films were being showcased in a lecture hall at the university so it felt like we were watching them in our own cinema!
I wish all of the third years the best of luck with their performing endeavors. They're all so talented and deserve so much! 。o*★⃝*o。。o*★⃝*o。

I'm so scared to become a third year when I come back after the summer because there will be so much pressure to be just as good as they are so we can keep the reputation of our performance course high!

I received a lot of positive feedback with my performance in Is She The One? and I'm really grateful for it because it gives me the confidence to work even harder in future projects.

ヽ( ̄д ̄;)ノ=3=3=3 There's so much pressure! But I will work hard for my next short film with Smoggywood Productions. We have a script reading next week so I will update you with more details about the plot and my character. I want to work harder as an actress.

Please support everyone who was part of Is She The One by watching it now and letting us know what you think!! I was so happy to be a part of this and I want to give a big massive thank you to Joshua Hicks for allowing me to be part of his musical!

Is She The One? is a story about a man who goes through a rough path for true love.

Let us know what you think!

Thank you >_<
Love Jenny!

Theatre Trip! (^_-)-☆

Hello!
The lady-like Jenny here (σ´・v・`*)

Today I went to go and see a show that two third year students on my course created for their end of year project. It was such an amazing show and I was laughing all the way through it.
I've seen a lot of serious pieces so it's nice to see a fantastic comedy to make you laugh. |*・д・)ノ
The show was called the Jen and Joe show and the three performers Jen, Joe and Becky were so entertaining throughout and I loved how energetic they were throughout it!

Afterwards I then went for a meal with my friends and I had a delicious chicken breast burger. I went to a place called Swatters Carr and I usually go there to eat with friends but I haven't visited there for food in ages so it was nice to go there again! (*≧m≦*)
My food arrived quickly and it tasted so good and all the people who work there are so lovely to us.
They're opening for jobs so I might apply to work there through the summer... It's just a thought!

Tomorrow I'm then going to see the other 3rd years performance pieces! They're all films and then there is one more theatre show to see at the end of the evening. I'm excited to see all of the hard work they have been doing.
Tomorrow is also the day the musical is being showcased. It's the musical I got casted in and all of the filming was done two weeks ago so I am excited to finally see it tomorrow! I hope you guys will love it too, I work hard and had so much fun as a part of this film! It should be up online too, so when I get a link for it I'll share it with you guys! Please tell me what you think?

This year at university has been so fun and I've made some great friends! I can't wait for my final year, I want to work hard as much as, I guess....my senpai classmates! ( ̄▽ ̄)

Please check out the music video for J-E-N-N-Y my first solo single with KRP28! It won't be released yet but you can check out the MV! The song isn't the final song but it is close to the final result! Thank you for the support and the amazing comments its received so far!

I appreciate all the support you Kirameki give me and the other members of KRP28!
We will be busy through the summer so please support us!

Love Jenny

Centre Stage! ✧( ु•⌄• )◞◟( •⌄• ू )✧

Hello the lady-like Jenny here!!

I've finished my second year at university!

It's been such a fun year and I've enjoyed working with great people in different acting projects.
A few weeks ago I finished my music video for my first solo single J-E-N-N-Y and you can now see it online! The song isn't the final song but when it's completed you'll see the final music video and song together on the official KiraKira!Project channel.
You can check out the music video at the end of this blogpost!
I had a lot of fun filming this and I'd love to thank my amazing cast for being a part of this!
Eddy Gladders and Team R member Chibi Enma! She did so well with her voiceover and I was so happy to have one of my teammates be a part of it!

It felt like I was working with a sister.
I really am proud of the music video cause I filmed and edited it all myself.
It really makes me want to create another music video of my own in the future!

It was so fun writing the song too because it's been a while since I last wrote a song so it's great to get back into song-writing again!

Last week I also finished filming for the musical and I get to see it next week!
I am so excited to see the final film because I've enjoyed being a part of it.
The cast and director have been great to work with and I felt so comfortable, and I could be myself.

I hope my acting comes across well in this project!

Now after I finish the essay and the portfolio for my music video I am now free for the summer.

I can't believe how quickly this second year of university has passed!
There's been happy moments and there have been sad moments, but I have enjoyed the year and I'd love to live through it again!

My health has been bad at the start and the end of my second year, I always have bad luck. (´・ω・`)

I fainted in my first week of second year and then last few week I came down with an illness with chest pains and tonsilitis so I had to spend a week on loads of medication and I had to visit the hospital.

I had no appetite for anything so I am glad I am well now and can eat again!
Fingers crossed my health is good through the summer...(ρω-` )

I am excited for this summer because I've been asked to be part of another acting project.

It's a more mature act with a lot of swearing because the characters are very angry but I have a script read through next week so I am excited for that!
I wonder which character I feel more natural being? I usually don't swear a lot so it might be strange for me, but I'm excited for the experience!!
It feels great to be active with acting at the moment!

Today, I went shopping with my Mum and I bought some new clothing pieces so I will definitely show them in a new blogpost in the next few days! Watch this space :) I've bought some summer pieces so I need to get used to wearing a summer wardrobe now!

Thank you for reading! Love Jenny!

PS. Please check out the music video to J-E-N-N-Y!!

The Amazing Spider-Man

Hello Jenny here!!

The other day before I went to work I decided to go to the cinema!
There's so many good films being shown right now but I instantly knew what I wanted to see...The Amazing Spider Man 2!! Spider Man was my all time favourite hero as a child and he still is now so I was so excited to see this film.
It was about mid-afternoon when I went to go see the film so when I arrived I was the only one there XD

I thought it would be quite cool to be able to see the film by myself and I took the best seat on the back row so I had the best view!
However, five minutes before the film some people arrived into the theatre...oh well I still had the best seat!

It was an amazing film and I loved it all the way through!!!!
Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone made an amazing Peter Parker/Spider-Man and Gwen Stacy. Their relationship is so adorable and the end of the film made me cry so much! I knew what was going to happen anyway cause I already read the comic but it still makes you cry.
There was a part of me that wondered if it wasn't going to happen but it did. As much as it made me sad I am excited to see how they deal with it in the next film!!

I also love Jamie Foxx as Electro. I didn't think he'd do a good job at first but he blew me away.
Electro was a great villain in this and the Green Goblin looked fantastic too! So creepy XD
I loved how they incorporated Harry Osbourn and the storyline of his character to become the Green Goblin! I can't wait to see him again in the next film!!
It was a great film so I recommend you watch it!!

I was still trying not to cry when I arrived at work afterwards XD Poor Jenny!!

I don't think I can wait another year for the next film to come out :( I'm definitely getting the Amazing Spider-Man 2 on DVD when it comes out! I have the first film on DVD so I will have to have one night to watch it again <3

Thanks for reading and I hope you have a great week!

Sunny Spring! (σ´・v・`*)

Jenny here! (*≧m≦*)

Today the sun was out and the weather was beautiful! When it's gorgeous weather like this it always gets me in a good, happy mood.
It makes me want to go out and have fun with my friends.

I went to visit my best friend today who I haven't seen in a long time.
She's such a great mother and her daughter was so cute so it was so funny when her beautiful little girl smiled at me ヽ(>∀<☆)ノ
However, she is very attached to her mother like babies are so when I held her she started crying. I'm sorry I made you cry!

I decided to wear the dress that I bought last week and showed you in my last post! The weather today was perfect for the dress and I accessorized it with the brown belt that came with it, along with a black cardigan, black tights and some black pumps! It made such a cute outfit and I felt so girly wearing it :)

I loved this ensemble and I hope the sunshine remains so I can keep wearing cute, girly things like this!

Right now I'm just chilling out for the evening by watching Ellie Goulding Parkinson Masterclass.
One of my favourite singers Ellie Goulding is the guest and she is performing and getting interviewed and her answers are interesting. She's such a great songwriter, and I love to see how she writes songs and what thing she writes about.
She is such a talent and I love listening to singers who write what they want to sing about, it shows more of their personality and passion in their own music.
She is a huge influence to me musically and with my singing. (*^▽^)/★*☆♪
Artists like Ellie Goulding were the influences to my own song-writing so I was happy I got to write some of the lyrics to my solo debut single with KiraKira!Project. I can't wait for you to hear it!!

What music do you like?

Thanks for reading! Love the the lady-like idol!

Yorkshire Cosplay Con! ☸˳*✦∗˚೫˳♡˳೫˚∗✦*˳☸

Hello Kirameki!
The lady-like Jenny here!

I have some good news and I have some bad news.
In June I will be attending the Yorkshire Cosplay Con! Some of the guests performing there include Beckii Cruel and Kelsey (KimonoTime) so I'm very excited to watch their performances and say hello to them :)
I was going to apply for the talent contest and perform a surprise KRP28 song for you!
However, the spaces have gone for the talent contest so I won't be able to perform! D:
I was going to get my tickets and then apply for the talent contest but the spaces filled very quickly so I regret being slow in applying!

However, there is an AMV contest so I will be entering my KRP28 solo song MV to the contest! So even though I won't be performing I will be showcasing something :D
Please wish me luck for the contest!

I'm so excited for the event so I'll definitely be taking lots of pictures and blog and vlog about the event! I may see some of you UK Kirameki there?!

In two days I will also start filming for my solo MV so I will keep you guys up to date with what goes on!

I hope you guys have a good day!
Goodnight

Love Jenny!
