Little Christmas!

Hello everyone!

Jenny here!

This week has been so tiring!
I've spent a lot of time shopping for Christmas presents and working!
But today was my Christmas Day with my room mates before we all go home for Christmas!
We all had dinner together then opened presents together!

I received the Wonderstruck perfume by Taylor Swift, and all of the Hunger Games books.
I've wanted to read them for a while!

The perfume smells lovely too!~~
And the bottle is so beautiful!

I also received another gift of the full Hunger Games trilogy!
I'm a big fan of the films but never had the time to read the books.
But when I arrive home I definitely will start reading them.
I'm into the first book The Hunger Games and it's so good already!

I also received Mulan and The Little Mermaid on DVD too! XD
They are two of my favourite Disney films so I had to request them!

I loved these two films when I was little and my nickname was always Ariel because I sang all the time!
I also love Mulan for how funny the film is but how serious it is too.
And also because Reflection and I'll Make a Man out of You are two of my all time favourite Disney songs!

It was nice to have a small Christmas with the housemates!
We also spent the evening on the sofa cuddled up in blankets and pillows to watch the Hobbit!
I am so excited to see the newest film on Wednesday!
I know about some of the characters from reading the book so I know I will cry! :(

A random thing to say but recently I've loved going to Starbucks!
I went with one of my room mates two days ago and I ordered a classic hot chocolate.

It was so sweet and tasty with the cream!
It really warmed me up from the cold weather!

I hope you are having fun on the run up to Christmas!

Thanks for reading!
Jenny :)

Sparkle!!

Hello!

Team R's Jenny here!

It's getting so close to Christmas and I still need to finish some Christmas shopping!
I'm still stuck on some ideas for what I want to get friends and family for Christmas!

I should know what to get but it's so difficult to get something different every year.
Do you get the same dilemma?
It's so difficult!

I was walking to work this evening and I walked passed a light display in the middle of the town.
It flashed red, blue and white in a pattern and it looked so beautiful, especially in the dark.

Doesn't it look pretty?

I always love how pretty places look on the build up to Christmas!
I plan on visiting family through Christmas, I really am so excited for it!
But before I leave I have an early Christmas Day with my roommates who I am living with.
We've all bought each other gifts so we'll be exchanging them when we have dinner.
Some of our presents are joke presents so I can't wait to see them laugh!

Today is the day KRP28 open up their 2nd generation auditions!
The announcement video should be up on our official channel at midnight.
I don't know whether this blog post will be up before or after the video.
But anyway I hope a lot of you girls audition!
I can't wait to see some brand new faces in KRP28!!!

We are now into the Take a Chance era!
I feel like it should be so energetic and full of spirit!
It reminds me of Wakuteka Take a Chance from Morning Musume, the dance and the song empower me so much so I hope the 2nd gen can bring that to KRP28!!
Thank you for reading!!
Jenny :)

2 Years!

Hi everyone!

It's Team R member Jenny here!
It's been a long time since I last blogged to you guys uh?
Sorry for the absence, I know I kind of abandoned the blog or a little while but I want to come back!

It is now two years since KRP28 debuted and I am so proud with how far we have come!
Our new album Take a Chance! has now been released on bandcamp!
Purchase it here: http://krp28.bandcamp.com/album/take-a-chance-micro-mini-album

I feature on the track Win This War with Team R!
I got a lot of lines in the song so I hope I sung them with power and passion like the lyrics showcase!
I'm not the best idol when it comes to dancing or talking so when it comes to singing I know I can show my true self through my singing voice. Thank you for all of the support with KRP28 and my own singing endeavours on my YouTube channel.

We also will be holding auditions for KRP28's 2nd generation throughout December! I am so excited to see the new arrivals to our group and I wonder who will join Team R. I want to support the new girls even if I don't know who they are.
As a 1st generation member and sub-captain I have a lot of responsibility to share to make the girls feel welcome and learn a lot of new things!
I am excited for the future!
But I still want my voice to be strong!

I recently did a gig at The Crown in Middlesbrough with a great guitarist I made friends with when I joined the Music society at my university.
We had a lot of common tastes with music so we decided to partner up to do an acoustic set!
The setlist was:

1. Misery Business - Paramore
2. When it Rains - Paramore
3. Everything Has Changed - Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran

4. Brick by Boring Brick - Paramore

Check them out!

There was a small crowd at the performance but I had my friends and my boyfriend there to come and support us so I have a lot of generosity and towards them and I want to say thank you!
It's made me want to keep performing again and I hope one day I get to sing KRP28 songs again!

One artist that has inspired me a lot has been Taylor Swift!
She's always been one of my favourite artists and I love the honesty of her music.

She released an album recently called 1989 and I am in love with it!
There are so many tracks that I love and I am so proud of her with her music.
When I listen to her it keeps me motivated to work harder and harder with KRP28 and my own music endeavours!

Thank you Taylor!

And a big thank you to you Kirameki for supporting KRP28! Without your support and words of encouragement I don't think we would have made it two years!
Thank you for everything!
And thank you all for also supporting me as a single person as well!
It means a lot to me!

Lots of love
Jenny
